The Daughters of the James Billingsley Chapter would like to welcome you to our web site and to our chapter meetings in Richardson, Texas. Chapter meetings are held at 10:00 AM the fourth Thursday of each month from September through May. Meeting locations are announced in local newspapers the week before the meeting.
