Welcome from Our Regent

If you want to be involved with a friendly, patriotic, and fun-loving group of ladies, Cross Timbers Chapter is your match. Our members range in age from juniors to nonagenarians: a variety of professions, working women, retired women, and stay-at-home moms. We support several DAR committees, so feel certain that you will find your niche in our chapter. We support our veterans and our men and women presently serving our country.

A Word about Membership

Membership in the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) honors and preserves the legacy of your patriot ancestor. Over two hundred years ago, American patriots fought and sacrificed for the freedoms we enjoy today. As a member of DAR, through participation in the Society's various programs and activities, you can continue this legacy by actively supporting the promotion of historic preservation, education, and patriotic endeavors.

Any woman 18 years or older, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, who can prove lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution who contributed to American independence is eligible for membership. Our meetings provide an excellent opportunity for guidance toward membership and to become acquainted with chapter members. Contact us for more information.
