Thankful Hubbard Chapter, NSDAR, members honor our Patriots at Memorial Day service.

Thankful Hubbard Chapter, NSDAR, members Honor youth for outstanding service to the community, state or nation through service and leadership in activities such as conservation, organized sports, scouting, church or community, state or national organizations.

Thankful Hubbard Chapter, NSDAR, members placed holiday wreaths at the Texas State Cemetery during the Wreaths Across America ceremony, whose mission is to Remember, Honor and Teach.

Thankful Hubbard Chapter, NSDAR, members index Patriot names and certify records for the NSDAR.

Thankful Hubbard Chapter, NSDAR, members form friendships across generations and support new leadership. .

Thankful Hubbard Chapter, NSDAR, members preserve women's history and the right to vote.

Chapter meetings and luncheons are held the second Tuesday of each month, January through May, and September through December.

Program: Touring American Revolution Historical Sites
Speaker: Educator Marie McGuire, who has won numerous teaching awards in Texas, will speak about important American Revolution historical places in the US that include museums and battlefield sites that she visits each summer with her students.

Program: Historic Preservation in Austin
Speaker: August Harris, former Vice-Chair of the Texas Historic Commission has dedicated a lifetime to historic preservation in Austin and Texas. He has served in leadership roles for numerous civic organizations including Leadership Austin, Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, Preservation Austin, and Texas School for the Deaf Foundation.
