In Focus
Several years ago, the Texas Society produced quilts under the program "Stitching for Scholarships" to raise money for our scholarships. Tejas has its own scholarship program, where we give scholarships to deserving high school seniors and/or college students to help with college expenses. To get more information about our scholarships, contact the webmaster at webmaster@tejasdar.org.

During the months of November and December, there are several opportunities when Tejas members serve our veterans. These opportunities are Operation StandDown and the Homeless Veterans Christmas Party.
Many of our activities revolve around education. From literacy initiatives to essay contests to JROTC awards, Tejas is involved in many schools across Houston.
